We make specific claims about our materials — so here's what stands behind them. These certifications belong to our manufacturing partner's facility, where every Aurilyn piece is made, and we hold copies of each document.
RoHS Compliance Certificate
Our manufacturing partner's silver jewellery is certified compliant with the RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU and amendment 2015/863/EU) — the European standard restricting hazardous substances. Testing covers lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and restricted phthalates.

SGS Supplier Assessment
The facility has undergone an SGS supplier assessment — an independent audit by one of the world's leading inspection and certification companies, covering production capability, quality control processes, and working conditions.
What we do ourselves
- Every piece is individually inspected before it ships
- All silver is S925 stamped — verifiable on the piece itself
- Plating thicknesses (18K gold at 2.5μm; rhodium at 0.5μm) are stated on every product page in our Materials Passport
An honest note
Certificates describe the manufacturing standard, not each individual item — no brand's do. What they demonstrate is that Aurilyn jewellery is made in an independently tested, independently audited facility, and that the material claims on our product pages have documentation behind them.
