Shipping
Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days from New South Wales, Australia.
Delivery within Australia: Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Shipping is free on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
Tracking: Every order receives a tracking number by email the moment it ships — you'll always know where your piece is.
Packaging: Each piece arrives gift-ready in Aurilyn packaging, plastic-free.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order arrives.
To be eligible: items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unworn with tags intact.
How to return
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method — usually within 3–5 business days.
Faulty items
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, it's covered by our 12-month warranty — we'll repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
