These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aurilyn website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

About Aurilyn

Aurilyn sells 925 sterling silver jewellery, finished in 18K gold plating or rhodium, and freshwater pearl pieces. All products are sold subject to the descriptions provided on each product page, including metal composition, plating thickness and gemstone details.

Orders and payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped tracked within Australia. Shipping is free on orders over $100 AUD. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Product accuracy

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, including metal purity, plating thickness and gemstone type. Freshwater pearls are natural and each piece is genuinely unique in shape, size and lustre — minor variation from photographs should be expected and is not a fault.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images and product photography, is the property of Aurilyn or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurilyn is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantee you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page.
