Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our dispatch location in New South Wales, Australia. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 AUD are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout. Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are typically processed the same day; orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delays
While we make every effort to meet the timeframes above, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, remote locations, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our hands.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, though we'll do what we can to help resolve the issue.
