Is Aurilyn jewellery really hypoallergenic?
Yes. Every piece is cast in genuine 925 sterling silver and is free of nickel, lead and cadmium — the usual causes of irritation and green marks. If you have sensitive skin, this is exactly what we designed for.
Is it solid gold or gold plated?
Gold plated — and we say so plainly. Every gold-finish piece is solid 925 sterling silver with a genuine 2.5μm layer of 18K gold plating, around five times thicker than the fast-fashion standard. That's why we can cover the plating under a 12-month warranty.
What if I order the wrong size?
Check the ring size guide before ordering — and if it's still not right, you have 30 days to return unworn items in original condition. Many of our rings and bracelets are adjustable, too.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped tracked. Shipping is free across Australia on orders over $100 AUD.
What does the warranty cover?
Every piece is covered for 12 months against manufacturing faults — including plating, settings and clasps. That's in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Read the full warranty.
