The Aurilyn Warranty

We stand behind our materials. Every Aurilyn piece is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults — including plating wear beyond normal expectations, stone settings, clasps, and structural defects.

What's covered

• 18K gold plating that wears through within 12 months under normal use
• Faulty clasps, jump rings, or ear posts
• Stones loosening from their settings through no fault of wear
• Any manufacturing defect present on arrival

What's not covered

• Damage from misuse — chemicals, swimming pools, impact damage
• Normal patina on sterling silver (easily polished away — see our care guide)
• Lost items or theft

How to claim

Email us through the Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll repair, replace, or refund — usually within a few days of hearing from you.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
