Every Aurilyn piece is crafted to the same standard:

  • Genuine 925 sterling silver: Real sterling silver as the base of every piece — stamped, not claimed.
  • 18K gold plating at 2.5μm: Our gold pieces are plated in real 18K gold at 2.5 microns — thicker than fast-fashion standard, so the colour stays.
  • Rhodium finish on silver pieces: Added shine and tarnish resistance for everyday wear.
  • Genuine freshwater pearls: Naturally formed, each slightly its own.
  • 100% hypoallergenic: Nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
  • Hand-finished: Each piece receives individual quality inspection.

12-Month Warranty

Because we use genuine 925 sterling silver and real 18K gold plating, we back every piece with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects — covering faults in materials or craftsmanship such as broken clasps, stone settings failing, or plating defects under normal wear. It does not cover loss, accidental damage, or wear caused by chemicals, swimming, or improper storage.

To make a warranty claim, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll repair or replace the piece, or refund you if neither is possible.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under our warranty are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

30-Day Returns

Not completely happy? Return any unworn piece in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Care Instructions

Daily care:

  • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Cleaning:

  • Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear
  • For deeper cleaning, use warm water and mild soap
  • Dry thoroughly before storing
  • Use a silver polishing cloth for extra shine on silver pieces

Storage:

  • Store pieces individually to prevent scratching
  • Keep in airtight bags or jewellery boxes
  • Use anti-tarnish strips for long-term storage
