Materials & Quality
What are Aurilyn pieces made of?
Every piece is built on genuine 925 sterling silver. Gold pieces are plated in real 18K gold at 2.5 microns — thicker than fast-fashion standard — and our pearls are genuine freshwater pearls, each naturally formed.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. All Aurilyn jewellery is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
Will the gold plating fade?
At 2.5μm, our plating is several times thicker than typical fashion jewellery, so the colour lasts through daily wear with basic care. If plating wears through within 12 months under normal use, it's covered by our warranty.
Are the pearls real?
Yes — genuine freshwater pearls. Slight variations in shape, size and lustre are natural and part of each piece's character, not a flaw.
Why are two pearls never identical?
Freshwater pearls are grown, not manufactured. Each develops its own shape and surface — exactly what distinguishes real pearls from imitation ones.
Is Aurilyn an Australian business?
Yes — Aurilyn® is a registered Australian business (ABN 22 484 479 359), designed and operated in New South Wales.

How do I find my ring size?

Which chain length should I choose?
Most Aurilyn chains are 45cm (18"), the most versatile length. Our Chain Length Guide shows how each length sits and how to layer them.
Do pendants come with a chain?
Some do — check each product page. Pieces marked “pendant only” pair with any chain from our Chains collection.
Are your bracelets adjustable?
Most are — look for “adjustable” in the product description. Adjustable designs fit most wrists.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within Australia, with express options at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
Can I track my order?
Every order receives a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
How does my order arrive?
Gift-ready in Aurilyn packaging, plastic-free — no extra wrapping needed if it's a present.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
30-day returns on unworn items in original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unworn with tags intact. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I start a return?
Contact us via the Contact page with your order number — we reply within one business day with instructions.
What does the warranty cover?
Every piece carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults — plating, stone settings, clasps and posts included. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. See the full Warranty.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll repair, replace or refund — usually resolved within days.
Care
Can I wear my jewellery every day?
Yes — that's exactly what it's designed for. Just remove it before showering, swimming, or exercising.
How do I keep silver bright?
Wipe with a soft cloth after wear, store in a cool dry place, and use a silver polishing cloth for extra shine. Full guide on our Quality & Care page.
How should I care for pearls?
Pearls are organic — keep them away from perfume and hairspray, put them on last when dressing, and wipe gently after wear.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily change or cancel it.
Do you offer gift notes?
Every order arrives gift-ready. For a personal note, mention it via the Contact page right after ordering and we'll include it.
